Our Biography
When I purchased my first video camera in 1999 I had no idea the journey on which it would take me. I started by filming home movies, and short skits but it wasn't until college when I majored in Electronic Media & Film at Towson University when my path became clear. What started as a hobby has turned into a full time production company, preserving memories and creating heirlooms for generations to come.
While attending Towson's film program I was awarded one of the Top 10 most Phenomenal Students in the school because of a Holocaust Documentary I created for a sociology class. The documentary took me all over Poland and Berlin to visit concentration camps and capture survivors speaking about the atrocities during the Holocaust.
Afterward the trip my media world expanded quickly. I joined forces with several production companies freelancing and even joined the crew for Step Up 1 & 2. I helped start an online company called ChangeUp Magazine and ran ChangeUp TV focused on how to live the good life on a budget. During which time I juggled teaching a film class which I founded showing hundreds of students the mechanics of film-making for over 4 years.
I moved from Baltimore, Maryland to Milwaukee Wisocnsin and currently work as the Digital Media & Marketing Specialist for Milwaukee Jewish Day School where I am the web master, photo and video guru and social media expert. In the past year I've brought lots of publicity to the school including winning a nationwide film contest where we were awarded $5,000.
All of these experiences added up to a new perspective on film making and the way I see the world. With a passion for every project Documented Video constantly reinvents ourself with the goal of satisfying our customers with products they actually want and love to watch again and again.
